Dear Mrs. M

I love how God has brought different women of different economic, political, spiritual standing in my life. Some of the people I get to do life with are just amazing and I know our paths crossed because God brought us together. There is no way I would have them in my bouquet unless God had ordained it to be.

One of these precious flowers is Mrs. Heather Tsitsi Masiyiwa, we affectionately call her Mrs. M. She is a Zimbabwean and I met her during a time when she and her husband were going through a challenging time in their lives in the late 90’s. I started hearing about her in our church as our pastor would ask people to keep praying for them. I did pray but never thought one day I would call her friend, sister and we would journey together. You can read more about her amazing philanthropy work on www.higherlifefoundation.com

Mrs M and I used to be part of an intercessory group where we would meet every morning to pray for our nation Zimbabwe and other things. I remember she would bring her very young toddler with her early in the morning at 6:30am. This was a prayer meeting for people before we went to work. I remember those days and then after the prayer meeting we would all go to work. We connected there and she was one of the sponsors of my first mission trip to Mozambique. From Mozambique to the nations Mrs. M has been a huge cheerer with her prayers, financial, emotional, social and psychological support. She is one woman who shines so bright in my bouquet. I cannot decide what color flower she is because she can be one huge bouquet on her own. She has taken me as a young sister and opened the doors of her heart, home and family to me. I know that if I need a place to go and rest, I can call her and her home becomes that place, be it in Zimbabwe, South Africa, UK or wherever. I have grown to love and appreciate her very much. She is generous, kind, loving, compassionate and has a huge heart. Mrs. M I know you have been waiting for me to write my story, you encouraged me to do this and here is to many more stories to be written. Thank you for allowing me to bloom.
